into our love, i'll fall
this sacred eyesore nevus, this cratered hurt.
so scabbed and dark, this righteous indignation
pockmarked broke, and dirty spark.
deformed.
this buckled malformation,
i weeping willow, mounded ash.
adore my venom sweetness, and paw this brow
of slash. i'll be your true
annihilate, no comfort
come with blight, i'll be your wicked mercy,
caressing open, reptile bite.
into our love. i fall.
Laquer me
ours.
you laquered me in tender.
pretty, patient,
holding out. that doubt would lie
you powdered me in the grit
of your nerve, and the madness of
sunned bone on black. it was here, it was there
you waited.
ours.
the prowess of lovers
howls promise
cackles fright,
frigid squalling, and you. liberating,
you dispossessed.
the skin of my protection scaled and
peeled with judas kiss. the giveaway true failing.
